Fed inflation target expected to be met in March report


Analysts polled by Bloomberg expect the government’s March report for personal consumption expenditures, the Federal Reserve's preferred inflation gauge, is expected to hit the central bank’s 2% target, on a core basis.

The Wikipedia article of the day for June 9, 2018 is Norodom Ranariddh . Norodom Ranariddh (born 1944) is a Cambodian prince, politician and law academic. He is the second son of Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia and a half-brother of the current king, Norodom Sihamoni. A graduate of the University of Provence, he started his career as a law researcher and lecturer in France. In 1983, he joined FUNCINPEC, a Cambodian royalist party, and in 1986 became the chief-of-staff and commander-in-chief of the Armée nationale sihanoukiste. He became the secretary-general of FUNCINPEC in 1989, and its president in 1992. He was the first Prime Minister of Cambodia, serving between 1993 and 1997.
