China Official Nonmanufacturing PMI 55.0 in Dec Vs 54.8 in Nov


China's official nonmanufacturing purchasing managers index, a measure of activity outside factory gates, rose to 55.0 in December, compared with 54.8 in November, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Sunday.

He is the second son of Norodom Sihanouk of Cambodia and a half-brother of the current king, Norodom Sihamoni. A graduate of the University of Provence, he started his career as a law researcher and lecturer in France. In 1983, he joined FUNCINPEC, a Cambodian royalist party, and in 1986 became the chief-of-staff and commander-in-chief of the Armée nationale sihanoukiste.
